In order to introduce students to the Muslim food market - a difficult market but full of development opportunities and the role of water in their own health, Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology cooperated with 2 companies: Vietnam National Halal Company and Fujiwa Company to organize a symposium "SECRET OF WATER – THE ROLE OF ALKALINE IONS IN HEALTH - HALAL FOOD AND STANDARDS APPLIED".
With the aim of expanding the market and promoting the development potential in this market, learning and participating in courses will help students have more opportunities to find jobs in the future. The topic will equip students of the Faculty of Food and Chemical Technology with knowledge about HALAL food standards, helping students understand more about the Muslim food market and about the role of alkaline ions in the food industry. health. In addition, the participating students also received questions from experts and interesting gifts when participating in the topic.
