As part of the series of activities in response to the Month of Action for the Environment 2025 and World Environment Day, and in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Labor Union of Nong Lam University – Ho Chi Minh City, a campus-wide cleanup was organized on the morning of June 18, 2025. This followed the tree-planting event held on June 5. Faculty members, staff, and students from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Food Technology actively participated in cleaning the areas surrounding the Cam Tu Building at Nong Lam University – Ho Chi Minh City.
The campus cleanup served as a practical initiative that spread a sense of responsibility and contributed to building a green, clean, and beautiful working and learning environment. A clean and airy environment not only provides comfort and ease but also enhances aesthetics, reduces the risk of illness, and promotes overall well-being.
Moreover, this activity offered an opportunity for each individual to raise their awareness of environmental protection. It reinforced the responsibility of faculty, staff, and students throughout the university in fostering environmentally friendly behaviors and creating a sustainable, safe, and pleasant educational and working space.
