The Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Food Technology in collaboration with Trung Hai Scientific and Technical Equipment Company is organizing a seminar on Solutions for Food Safety Quality Control.
The seminar provides the latest updates on solutions for ensuring food safety quality, helping to protect the brands and products of numerous food factories in Vietnam. Ensuring the quality and reliability of results is paramount for testing laboratories.
Key topics include:
• Controlling microorganisms in raw materials, finished products, equipment, personnel, water, and air.
• Solutions for production hygiene control.
• Controlling allergens, mycotoxins, antibiotic residues, prohibited substances, etc.
• Sanitary and disinfectant chemicals.
