THEME: "FOOD AND FUNCTIONAL FOOD
After a long-awaited period, the 'Product Development Final Round 2023' organized by the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Food Technology finally took place on December 10, 2023, at Phuong Vy Lecture Hall P100. The competition officially concluded with brilliant success, marking the end of a fantastic journey for the enthusiastic and talented students.
After more than a month of dedicated study and preparation, the teams that advanced to the final round poured their utmost efforts, showcasing dynamism, creativity, and passion in the various competition segments. They successfully captivated the judges with unique products and effective directions, delivering persuasive presentations to the experienced panel in the competition.
The competition garnered significant attention and participation from both faculty members and businesses.
- On behalf of the Department of Chemical Engineering and Food Technology, we were honored to welcome Associate Professor Dr. Kha Chấn Tuyền, Deputy Head of the department.
- Faculty members from the Department of Chemical Engineering and Food Technology who actively participated included: Dr. Vu Ngoc Ha Vi, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thao, Ms. Le Thi Thanh, and Dr. Huynh Tien Dat.

The Product Development Final Round consisted of two working sessions:
· Product Exhibition: This was the platform for participating teams to showcase their products after over a month of preparation. The exhibition session attracted a considerable number of interested students and participants.
· Presentation and Defense: This was the main working session to determine the champion of the Product Development Competition 2023. During this session, teams presented and defended their projects in order to select the overall winner.
Coming to the competition, each team undoubtedly harbors dreams of becoming the victor. One of the objective factors that assesses the performance of participants and determines the champion is the score provided by the judging panel. The organizing committee is honored to invite leading industry experts as judges, who will offer objective and professional opinions for the participating teams.

Associate Professor Dr. Kha Chan Tuyen has a few words to summarize the process of the formation and development of the competition.
