After a 4-day-3-night trip to various locations in Dalat - Lam Dong with enthusiastic support and guidance from food industry lecturers, students gained practical knowledge and valuable memories.
 
In addition to the theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom, this skills training trip provided all food technology students with direct exposure to practical knowledge. The locations visited by the students included:
+ Bao Tho Co., Ltd: Here, students visited greenhouses and non-greenhouse dragon fruit orchards, which helped them understand the economic differences between the two cultivation methods. They also received guidance from an engineer on harvesting techniques, planting times, etc.
+ Nguyen Phuc Nong Co., Ltd: Learned about the production process of GOT coffee.
+ Tra Tang Vinh An Tea Factory: Visited and gained more knowledge about the tea processing stages, from withering to finished products.
+ Cao Son Nghiep Tea Co., Ltd: Students learned how to brew tea and taste various types of tea such as milk oolong tea and lychee tea.
+ New Farm Cordyceps Co., Ltd: Learned the process of cultivating cordyceps, visited the cultivation area, and gained more information about cordyceps wine and cordyceps tea.
+ Vinh Tien Co., Ltd: Learned about the process of making artichoke tea and wine. 
 
This is a vocational training trip that not only provided practical knowledge related to the food technology field but also offered exciting exchange sessions for the students. Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Food Technology organizes similar practical trips every year.
