In order to create conditions for students to consolidate learned theories and practice practical knowledge, the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Food Technology has cooperated with Bluetech Ingredients Company Limited and USDEC – U.S. Dairy Export Council to organize a seminar "U.S. dairy ingredients and applications in food production".
The seminar was held at 13:00 on July 16, 2022, at Cat Tuong Hall, Nong Lam University, Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of Mr. Vu Minh Duc - Trade Representative of U.S. Dairy Export Council, Mr. Nguyen Huu Thien – CEO and Mr. Ngo Tuong Hy – Technical consultant of Bluetech Ingredients Company, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kha Chan Tuyen – Vice Dean of Faculty, with the participation of lecturers and more than 120 students.
Coming to the seminar, experts introduced knowledge about U.S. Dairy Export Council and the US Dairy Industry, US Dairy Ingredients and applications in food (U.S. Permeate & U.S. Dairy Protein globally and Southeast Asia, Vietnam). In addition, students also have the opportunity to perceive product samples using US dairy ingredients. Here are some pictures from the seminar.
