On March 26, the group of students from Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Food Technology attended "The 4th National Student Entrepreneurship Festival". Honored to be the only project representing the Nong Lam University, Ho Chi Minh City, the Mantra Kombucha project team has carefully prepared for the exam. Along with that is the effective support from the leaders of the school in general and the lecturers and students of Faculty in particular.
The contest has a nationwide scale, gathering more than 400 projects of students from all over the country. Mantra Kombucha project has excellently entered the top 70 projects participating in the final round in Vinh Phuc province. Despite the long distance over 2000 km and having trouble transporting the product but the Mantra Kombucha group team put in their best efforts and successfully completed the exam. Honored and prouder when the delegation visited the booth by the Prime Minister.
The Mantra Kombucha project has been cherished and constantly refined over 3 years. Although they were not present at the final stage of the final round but the school side, teachers and all students were proud of you when you tried their best and gave their all for the project. You are the pride of the Nong Lam University, Ho Chi Minh City.

Project idea: Kombucha is a healthy tea-based fermented beverage. The project was born with the mission to bring Kombucha into the healthy lifestyle of Vietnamese people.
Project description: Kombucha is a fermented drink made from tea and sugar combined with vinegar called SCOBY. Kombucha fermented tea helps replenish beneficial bacteria, detoxifies the body, provides antioxidants and strengthens the immune system. Mantra Kombucha is a Kombucha product with Vietnamese flavor to contribute to improving the health status of the community and society in the future.
