On November 5, 2018, at Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Food Technology, Nong Lam University - Ho Chi Minh City, the seminar "Potential of plant extracts as natural supplements for food and animal feed" was held with participation of many researchers, students and food manufacturers. This event was conducted under the framework of the TEAM project: "Research on phenolic compounds from plant materials as natural preservatives for fruit preservation and food processing".
