Eligibility Criteria: Difficult income family, Good Grade point average.

Number of scholarships: 02.

Scholarship Value: ~ 416 USD/scholarship.

Application Deadline: Until November 05th, 2021.

Documents include:

• Application Form (download here)
• Transcript of Academic Record from first semester until application date.
• Transcript of Academic Record of academic year 2020-2021.
• Certificate of Low-Income Family.
• Certificate of Extracurricular activity participant (if applicable).

 Due to the current pandemic, application documents will be delivered via Email with requirements as follows. 

• Transcript of Academic Record could be printed from website system.
• Certificate could be scanned with clear information.
• Files are required to be PDF type.
• All of files have to be compressed into 01 file and named as Patrick Scholarship – Full Name

Application Process: All the eligible applicants should submit application form with pertinent documents to Ms. Thao (CEFT Assistance of Student Management) via email. Application form submission after deadline or incompleted application forms will not be accepted.
