To introduce about Market Trends and Application of flavor enhancers in the food industry. Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Food Technology cooperated with CJ Food & Nutrition Tech company - the world's leading food ingredients and solutions company, to organize a seminar with the theme: "Discovering the secret of umami: The secret to increasing the sweetness of food”
The seminar will equip students with knowledge about Umami taste, the importance and application trends of flavor enhancers in food production in Southeast Asia. In addition, students will directly participate in sensory evaluation of some food additives and mini games with attractive gifts waiting for you.
The seminar will be held on April 6, 2023 (Thursday) at 8:30 a.m at Cat Tuong Hall, Nong Lam University, Ho Chi Minh City.
