In order to introduce the market trends and applications of agricultural products in the confectionery industry, the Faculty of Chemical Technology and Food Technology has collaborated with Bluetech Ingredients Co., Ltd. and Capol Company - a leading manufacturer in the world specializing in confectionery products, to organize a seminar on the topic entitled Anti-sticking agents and polishing agents in the confectionery industry. With in-depth knowledge and experience, this seminar will provide lecturer, students, and interested participants with a new perspective on the production process of gummy candy, chocolate, among others. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the trends in the industry, global production applications, and specifically in Southeast Asia and Vietnam, contributing to the development and diversification of food products."
The seminar will be held at Nong Lam University Ho Chi Minh City. The event will take place at the Cat Tuong Hall on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, starting at 9:00 AM. The event is expected to have 130 attendees, including lecturers, students, and those who are interested in the topic.
