1) Daily work:

 

- Inspect the factory, people, and lines every day according to the issued procedure.

- Notify the factory manager of all cases and incidents arising in the production process that may affect product quality.

- Make a monitoring sheet to monitor these violations, record the number of repetitions, propose handling measures to improve the factory.

 

 

2) Cron job:

 

- Contact for sample analysis according to the periodic analysis schedule at the Technical Center for quality measurement standards 3.

- Contact the center to send samples of raw materials for analysis during the production process

- Submit and monitor the "Dossier of self-declaration of product standards", "Declaration of raw materials" at the HCMC Food Safety and Hygiene Department and the Food Safety and Hygiene Department.

- Periodically contact the Department of Industry and Trade to register for a food safety training exam or conduct internal training, to ensure that new workers get a certificate of food safety training.

- Bring the scale for calibration at the Sub-Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality.

- Follow up supplier's self-disclosure profile.

- Follow up CAR corrective actions taken on time.

- Check product traceability reports.

- Comply with internal rules, policies, regulations and other duties as directed.

- Prepare documents and receive Auditor delegation from partner company.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management.

- Develop and maintain the procedures and forms that the company has issued.

 

Candidate Requirements

 

Qualification: Graduated from University

Specialization: Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology

Experience: If you have no experience, training will be provided

Knowledge: Having professional knowledge and understanding of ISO, FSSC, HACCP

Skills: Proficient in using office computers, English

Carefulness, honesty, ability to think, work independently, and work in a team

Working time: 7:30-17:00 from Monday-Saturday (lunch break from 11:30-13:00)

Priority will be given to candidates who live in Thu Duc City (former District 9) and have a personal vehicle
